...Our charges for basic computer work are $35.00 per hour or fixed fee by the job. There is a $35.00 initial troubleshooting fee. This will be waived into the total cost of the job if we do the work.
...For consulting work done through our BizHammer Online Business Support we give a free 30 minute initial consultation to see if we can help. Consulting and Online Business support is charged at the same $35.00 per hour or fixed fee per job.
New PC Setup consists of removing approximately 50% of the "crap" that comes installed on most new pc's. Setting up 4 to 7 security programs such as anti virus programs. We use Security Essentials from Microsoft. Malware, spyware and adware scanners. Watchdog type programs and cleaner software. We also spend about 1/2 hour with customers helping them and training them on the new PC. :::: fixed fee availableVirus and Spyware Removal. This is a very critical and time consuming task. If its not done right and completely, infections will be back in no time. We will also evaluate your current security software setup and recommend possible changes. If your PC is infected with malicious software, virus's, spyware etc. it should be obvious that your present security processes and procedures are not working. :::: fixed fee available
Network Setup. Home or business wired or wireless internet access. Also, if you have more than 1 pc we can network them together so they can "talk". Simply put, they will be able to access each others data ie.. music, movies, pictures etc.
Web site Creation and Hosting. We offer the absolute lowest cost web creation and hosting service available. We use pre built, free, open source templates. There are literally 1000's to choose from. One page to full sites. We can help set you up with a blog site if you wish.
Complete. Setting up an online home with Facebook, Tumblr, and Google + to go along with your web site is also recommended.Computer Hardware Maintenance. We will diagnose and "if cost acceptable" recommend a replacement part and whatever software or other setup is necessary due to the original part being replaced. An example of something not being "cost acceptable" may be a lightning strike or mother board failure.
Software Install and/or Maintenance. If you have some type of software problem we will solve it, period. If you need to accomplish some task we will acquire the correct, appropriate software package for your needs.
